ZypAdhera® (olanzapine pamoate): Switching from High Oral Olanzapine Dose
First olanzapine pamoate dose is identified by the target oral olanzapine dose. The highest recommended dose is 300 mg/2 weeks corresponding to 20 mg oral olanzapine per day. Higher olanzapine pamoate doses have not been tested.
