ZypAdhera® (olanzapine pamoate): Storage and Stability
Reconstituted suspension should be used immediately; it is physically and chemically stable for 24 hours at 20-25°C. In-use storage is the responsibility of the user. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
If
the product is not used right away, it should be shaken vigorously
to re-suspend.1
Shelf
life once withdrawn from vial into syringe:
Once
withdrawn from vial into syringe, the suspension should be used
immediately.1
Chemical
and physical stability of the suspension in the vials has been
demonstrated for 24 hours at 20-25 °C. From a microbiological
point of view, the product should be used immediately. If not used
immediately, in-use storage times and conditions prior to use are the
responsibility of the user and would normally not be longer than 24
hours at 20-25°C.1
